Great amenities and friendly staff. The hotel provided smart phones with free data for the entire stay, which was a fantastic perk. The location was also perfect, right in the city center and close to everything.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a sun terrace or garden area, something that would have enhanced our experience even further. However, this did not detract from the enjoyable and luxurious stay at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms on the executive floor were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful. They provided us with a phone for making calls and unlimited internet, all for free. The TV in the room had channels for all countries. The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a 10-minute walk from a famous shopping street. Despite being in the city center, the area was calm. The hotel also offered parking and a spa for relaxation.

The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of many attractions in Paris. Guests can easily explore the Louvre area or St Germain, and there are several excellent brasseries nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with a range of amenities including chocolates and snacks. The bed service is impeccable, and the manager personally checks the cleanliness of each room. The executive lounge offers a fantastic breakfast and cocktail hour, with an impressive selection of wine.
Some staff members can be unfriendly and unhelpful, which can be disappointing for guests seeking assistance during their stay.
