Great amenities and friendly staff. The hotel provided smart phones with free data for the entire stay, a fantastic perk. The location was also perfect, right in the city center and close to everything.
The Christmas experience was disappointing. The hotel lacked holiday decorations and festive ambiance.

This hotel provided us with an exceptional experience, fulfilling our luxurious needs. the service was impeccable, staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the Spa & wellness center was amazing, offering a wide range of treatments and services that left us feeling revitalized and relaxed. the restaurant provided delicious meals and was accompanied by an inviting bar/lounge area.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a sun terrace or garden area, something that would have enhanced our experience even further. this did not detract from the enjoyable and luxurious stay at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms on the executive floor were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was nice, polite, and helpful. They provided us with a phone for making calls and unlimited internet, all for free. The TV in the room had channels for all countries. The location of the hotel was great, as it was only a 10-minute walk from a famous shopping street. Despite being in the city center, the area was calm. The hotel also offered parking and a spa for relaxation.
